Is there any assistance?

What is the accommodation on the yacht?
The yacht offers comfortable accommodation for up to 12 people in 4 cabins.
How does the charter agreement work?
Once the booking is confirmed, the contract will be signed at the time of delivery. If the selected itinerary requires a port of embarkation or disembarkation other than the central port of the yacht, delivery/redelivery fees may apply.
What are the payment terms?
To make the reservation effective, the client must pay 50% by bank transfer or credit card. The remaining 50% will be paid at the time of signing the contract.
How can we customize your yacht charter?
To ensure a unique and personalized experience, you can let us know your group's preferences and special requirements, such as dietary or medical needs, any special requests for exercise, entertainment or if you are celebrating a special occasion.
Is smoking allowed on board?
Smoking is only allowed on the outside decks or in designated outside areas. Please contact our charter broker for more information. For safety reasons, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the yacht.
Is it mandatory to tip the crew?
Although tipping is not mandatory, guests usually tip the dedicated crew. The amount depends on the guest's satisfaction, but is approximately 10% of the charter price. The captain distributes the tips equally among all crew members.
Should I get any insurance?
Guests should be covered by medical and accident insurance and their belongings should be insured against theft, loss or damage. Charterer's liability insurance is also highly recommended. Please contact our agent for further assistance and advice on insurance.

What are the charter terms?
Most charter rates are based on MYBA terms which imply that the yacht is fully operational, with all necessary equipment, properly insured against marine risks and manned by a crew whose wages, food and clothing are at the owner's expense.
All other operating expenses are the responsibility of the Charterer and include (but are not limited to): fuel and lubricating oils for the yacht and its tenders; local taxes; pilotage; port and marina dues; customs clearance; water and electricity; personal laundry; all provisions, wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks and consumables for the Charterer's party; shore excursions; telecommunications and Internet charges.

Are there any other taxes?
For charters in European waters, VAT and delivery charges may be added to the gross charter price due to European Union tax legislation. Our brokers will provide you with the current rates.
